"파키라님의 다른 숙소가 너무 좋았어서 재이용 하려다가, 그 숙소 숙박이 다 차서 이 장소로 이용을 했는데요! 이번에도 만족스러웠어요! 1층에 CU가 있고 중심 도로라서 숙소 접근성이 매우 좋습니다! 엘리베이터도 있어서 짐 있으신 분이 이용하기 정말 편해보여요! 5층이라 엘베 없었으면 좀 힘들뻔했는데 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 일반 침대 2개, 2층침대 2개라서 6명이서 1인 1침대가 가능한 곳입니다. 거실과 주방도 넓고 조리도구도 다 새거인데다 정수기가 있어서 좋았어요! 거실에 TV도 광고없이 볼 수 있는 유튭 프리미엄, 넷플 다 되는거라 노래나 드라마 틀어놓고 떠들기 좋았습니다. 저희 인원이 총 5명이었는데 욕실이 2개라서 화장실 편하게 썼어요! 다인원으로 서울에서 방 잡고 놀 때 파키라님 숙소만한 곳이 없는 것 같아요ㅎㅎ 다음에도 또 이용할께요!"
"이번 서울 여행에서 이태원역 2분 거리의 이 숙소에 머물렀는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭한 경험을 했어요! 먼저 위치가 정말 최고였습니다. 이태원역에서 도보 2분이라 어디든 이동이 편리했고, 주변에 맛집과 카페, 편의시설도 많아 여행 일정 세우기가 쉬웠어요. 특히 루프탑 테라스에서 보는 서울 야경은 정말 기억에 남습니다! 객실은 아늑하면서도 따뜻하고 깔끔, 필요한 모든 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 에어컨과 난방, 넷플릭스/유튜브 프리미엄 서비스까지 있어서 마치 집처럼 편안한 숙소였습니다. 호스트분이 슈퍼호스트답게 응답도 빠르고 친절하셔서 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 1층 CU 편의점이 있어 늦은 밤에도 간단히 필요한 물건을 살 수 있었던 점도 여행 중 큰 장점이었습니다. 다음에도 서울에 올 일이 있다면 반드시 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소예요!"
"Stay Pachira is an outstanding place. The host's attention to detail and generosity are evident throughout - from plenty of towels and toilet paper to a well-stocked kitchen with utensils, a coffee machine, teas, and a toaster oven (which is rare in Korea), and blackout curtains to block out light, noise, and heat. I also really appreciated the filtered water dispenser and the large, separate washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood felt safe overall, and a convenience store is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. The nearest train station and bus stops are all within walking distance. I would happily book this place again."
"Excellent location! Pachira's place is clean and looks exactly as described. She is a wonderful hostess, responsive, helpful and polite. This apartment is located on the 6th floor with a small elevator available. The bars in the area play loud music during the afternoon/evening hours so that could be problematic for some (we didn't mind at all), and are generally quiet close to 11p/12a. There's a CU (good) right downstairs and a 7-Eleven (better) a few short blocks away, as well as many bars, nightclubs, rooftop lounges, restaurants, cafes shopping, and Itaewon subway station all within a short walk. Overall, the area felt VERY safe and I would stay again."
"離地鐵站非常近 附近生活機能很好！樓下就是便利商店 mega coffee 餐廳咖啡廳也都很密集 房間整體很新很乾淨~ 空間很大 五個人住起來非常舒適 應有盡有 洗衣機 盥洗用品 吹風機 甚至還有咖啡機跟烤箱！！因為我很常來首爾看演唱會 以後跟朋友們會常來住的😄😊"
